We've interviewed many authors over the past year, but these stood out from the rest.

Paul Young

William Paul Young wrote The Shack for his six children, with no intention of publishing it. He initially printed just 15 copies, but two of his close friends encouraged him to have it published and helped edit the manuscript.

After it was rejected by 26 publishers, Young and his friends published the book in 2007 under the name of their newly created company, Windblown Media.

The book became a controversial best-seller, presenting theories of God and religion through the experiences of characters Mack and Willie.

All his videos as well as our article about Paul Young's personal story have become favorites among our readers!
