Woman defies stereotype and goes skydiving at 95

For those who feel old age may restrict them from doing many things, Eleanor Cunningham is providing an inspiring story.

News Channel 13 in New York reports that Cunningham, known as "Nanny," went skydiving on her 95th birthday.

While most of her family was there to cheer her on and take pictures, some members were baffled by her decision. "They're not speaking to me," she said with a laugh in her interview.

This isn't her first experience with skydiving; for her 90th birthday, Cunningham decided she wanted to try something she'd never done before. This time around, she convinced her priest to join her.

"It was better this time, yeah, because I knew what I was doing," Cunningham told the press. "Get out of that door and into that wind. Oh it was terrific!"

Cunningham explained that she feels the experience added another five years to her life, joking that for her 100th birthday she plans to go to the moon, considering they've found water up there.
