I worry a lot about health insurance. Because right now I don't have it. I'm not so worried for myself, but my wife is a diabetic and always gets turned down for insurance because of diabetes, and we're not eligible for Medicare or Medicaid. I'm in a waiting period for insurance at my job, but I don't want to go months without any coverage at all. I read all the time about how many people in America have diabetes, so I thought there must be other people out there like us. Anybody found any individual health plans that take diabetics? I don't care about the cost, I'll find a way to deal with that, I just want us to be covered until I get insurance at work. I'd appreciate any suggestions!
