You are very inspiring and your problem solving makes a lot of sense. Also, remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so even if the scale doesn't always reflect a weight loss if you know you are doing the right things then you are probably converting to muscle. In my experience I have found that it may take a few days for your body to register the changes. In a few days you might see a significant weight loss if you just hang in there, especially with the adjustments to calories vs excersise that you are making.
